The house itself is built in the style of a traditional Breton stone farmhouse, lovingly restored and contemporized to provide all the comforts and conveniences of modern living while retaining its original charm and character. Thick stone walls, exposed wooden beams, and rustic wooden floors give the home a warm and inviting feel, while modern appliances and fixtures provide all the expected modern conveniences.

Unlike more traditional building materials such as wood or brick, these stone walls give the tiny house a unique aesthetic and a sense of history and character. They also provide natural insulation, helping to keep the tiny house cool in summer and warm in winter. This significantly reduces the energy costs of the tiny house.

At 323 square feet, the tiny house is very airy despite its limited space. Natural light floods in through the large windows and the high ceilings make it very spacious.  The main living area is a large, open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen.

The upper floor, reached by rustic wooden stairs, has a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has a large double bed and a cozy reading corner.

The bathroom with a luxurious bathtub is separated from the bedroom by a curtain. From the roof window, which projects outwards, there are beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

The tiny house is surrounded by a large garden, perfect for outdoor entertaining, gardening or just relaxing in the sun. The large garden with barbecue has several outdoor seating areas, including a dining table where you can sit with your loved ones. There is also a large lawn area that is perfect for playing games, as well as a vegetable garden and orchard that provides fresh produce throughout the year.
