The villa contains a gym, sauna, cinema room, library, swimming pool, and garden terrace in addition to 5 bedrooms and 7 baths.The 3.5 square kilometer villa is located along the Intracoastal Waterway, where the owners store their yachts at the piers.

Another feature that appears to please Messi and his wife is the presence of a helipad on the property.
