All these features combined with LED lighting, Terra Lana nsulation and products selected that have the Environmental Choice Accreditation make this house a true Super home.

Remarks from the owner :
Following the successful renovation of our holiday home by James McKay Builders in 2018 we were delighted when James took on the build of our new super home last year. We wanted to use James because he is able to take on challenges and solve issues that arise smartly, as well as being easy to communicate with. The completed house is a delight to live in. The house has a lovely ‘hush’ atmosphere owing to its air tightness.
We wanted to build a forever home, and this build totally exceeded our expectations.
One side effect is receiving extremely low power bills over the summer months (nothing over $10), we couldn’t believe it.
It was great to deal with James on a complicated build where he took on the challenges and solved the issues that cropped up (as they do).
