Hugh Jackman has enjoyed a leisurely stroll out with his dogs Dali and Allegra.

The Aussie actor was spotted chatting to a female friend as the pair walked their pups in New York City on Thursday.

The X-Men star, who turned 53 on Tuesday, wore a light grey hoodie, black trackpants, blue and white sneakers and a face mask.

Hugh’s companion sported a long-sleeve navy top with a blue vest and grey pants, and had earphones dangling down her vest.

The duo pointed at one another, indicating they were friends or acquaintances.

However, it’s also possible the woman was just a fan who recognised Hugh in the street.  

On Monday, the Wolverine actor had been spotted strutting down a sun-drenched sidewalk in New York City.

He wore a tight-fitting black T-shirt that showed off his bulging biceps and fit physique.

Hugh completed the buff look with a pair of cropped black trousers, lace-up shoes and a pair of stylish aviator sunglasses.
